Many of you already know, but an official announcement was missing: after 15 years of partnership with my partners at BRTA, whom I thank for the whole history built together, I am joining the brilliant lawyer and friend Beatriz Villaça, in the dream of building a new law firm focused on real estate law.

Ratto e Villaça Advogados was thus born, aiming to assist clients in all stages and issues involving real estate business.

We will seek to improve the skills for which we are recognized by our clients: providing quality legal services, with creativity and speed, for a fair and reasonable cost.

We wish to innovate: our intention is to develop and use digital tools that provide greater speed and excellence in the service and conclusion of the cases that are entrusted to us.

We also want to strengthen the ties of partnership with our clients, with whom we aim to create an even closer relationship, without the usual formalisms that plaster relations with lawyers, in a happy and dynamic atmosphere.

The idea is also to promote an environment of lightness internally, so that our team, which is fully accompanying us on this new journey, is increasingly motivated to achieve full customer satisfaction.

We are very excited about the challenges of creating a firm that is different and in tune with the new world that is already ahead of us.
